Free Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-Day hassle free return/exchange policy and stand behind every fine jewelry item we sell. With a goal of 100% satisfied customers, you may return any new jewelry item in its original, unworn condition, accompanied with all the original documentation that came with your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Simply email us your order information specifying if you want a return or exchange and we will send you a prepaid return label, via UPS insured 2 day shipping, and we’ll handle the rest. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect the package for verification and either ship your new item or issue your refund to your original payment method.

RETURN POLICY

For US customers we provide free returns shipping labels and don’t charge a restocking fee! Simply contact us and we will provide a return label by email within 2 business days. Print and adhere the label on the outside of a shipping box, either UPS or FedEx as listed on the label. Please do not ship in an envelope or padded pack, your package will not be insured against damage or loss in transit if not sent in a box. Also please make sure the package is padded with packing material for a safe transit. Then drop off the package at your nearest appropriate shipping center and keep the proof of drop-off receipt until we receive the package. Once received it may take up to 48 hours to process and we will credit the original form of payment, depending on the institution it may take 3-5 business days to process.

International orders/returns are not applicable to the free returns policy. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended to insure international return packages. Any applicable duties and taxes for returns are non-refundable and are deducted from any refunded amount. DiamondWish.com is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Once we receive your package it may take up to 72 hours to process and we will credit the original form of payment, depending on the institution it may take 5-7 business days to process.

EXCHANGES

An exchange order will be processed once we receive the returned item(s) in our offices. Meaning only once the returned items for an exchange are received in our office the new items will begin processing.

If there is a difference in the amount, we will need to contact you and charge any difference before we can process the exchange order.

Things to keep in mind when processing a return / exchange:

1. US Customers must use the provided shipping label (fully insured), so that the fine jewelry has a safe return and can accurately be tracked for quick processing. Returns or exchanges sent without the provided shipping label will not be accepted.

2. Ensure that the item is in new, unworn, undamaged condition. If the jewelry item has been resized, altered, damaged, or worn, a full refund or even exchange may not be available.

3. Non-returnable items include: Special orders, watches, custom designed merchandise, layaway orders, soldered rings, engraved or inscribed items, backings and replacement backings.

4. Please include all original packaging and contents. Include any documents that you may have received along with the order, such as the original EGL USA / GIA /IGI grading reports, appraisal certificates and certificate of authenticity. If all applicable items are not included in the return package, a $150 replacement certificate fee is reduced from the return / exchange amount.

5. If you have received any free gift(s) along with your order, please include the free gift(s) with the return for a full refund. If you would like to keep the free gift(s) but not the purchased item, you may be charged the retail value of the free gift(s).

6. Once we receive the return it is processed and evaluated typically within 2 business days of the return date. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business day(s) after receipt and verification of the return. Please note it may take 2 - 7 business days for the refund to appear in your financial institution based on their processing times (estimates exclude weekends and holidays).

Exceptions & Exclusions

*SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED: Special orders, watches, custom designed merchandise, layaway orders, soldered rings, merchandise with special engraving or inscription(s) upon request, backings and replacement backings.

*Associated shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Layaway orders are excluded from the standard return policy and qualify for free exchanges only.

*Limited to 3 free returns or exchanges annually.
