If your purchase experiences any damage due to manufacturing issues, rest assured that we stand by our product and will repair or replace your item at no cost to you. Please note that all items will need to be inspected and evaluated by our expert jewelers to determine if the issues are due to manufacturing defects or if the damage is warrantied. This warranty does not apply to the replacement of a center stone as slight irregularities and variations of natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in diamonds and colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect, no two diamonds or gemstones are alike. Additionally, each item is handcrafted and made-to-order so subtle variations in craftsmanship may occur and are not considered defects.

For customers within the US we will send you a free prepaid shipping label, insured with 2 day delivery, to return your items to us for evaluation. For customers outside the US there will be a $60 deposit to cover shipping costs while under evaluation but if approved this fee is refunded for all warranty repairs. All return shipping, if approved under the warranty evaluation, will be covered by Diamond Wish.

Please also note that any repair work or service done to your item by an outside jeweler will void your free lifetime manufacturing warranty with Diamond Wish.


Any repairs needed that are outside of manufacturing defects will incur a cost and you will be quoted for approval before any work is done. Payment is required prior to any repair work being started. All fine jewelry is affected by normal wear and tear, especially rings, as they are often worn for long periods of time and sometimes during activities that could put stress or pressure on them. Daily impact and trauma can result in a loss of stones, missing prongs or even loss of the entire item. These types of repairs are not covered under our manufacturing warranty.

Fine Jewelry, unfortunately, is not indestructible. Failure to keep up with the maintenance of your items will result in loss of warranty coverage. Similar to cars needing tuneups, so do your jewelry items. Prongs wear down, diamonds become loose and bands can wear thin over time, this is normal and with proper maintenance and inspections they can help prevent loss or damage.

Examples of jewelry repairs not covered by our manufacturers warranty include but are not limited to:

  • - Replacement push-back or screw-backings for stud earrings.
  • - Ring sizing after 30 days from purchase or greater than one ring size up or down.
  • - Discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
  • - Scratches or abrasions on the precious metal due to everyday wear.
  • - Chipped or cracked stones caused by daily impact of day to day wear.
  • - Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal wear.
  • - Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fall out.
  • - Replacement of side stones if they happen to fall out.
  • - The loss of a center stone caused by damage from everyday wear, neglect of maintenance or from other damage.
