Free Returns and Exchange
If you decide to change your mind for any reason and want to return the item, or would want to exchange the item you purchased for something even better, just contact us to set up a return and you’ll not be asked why (just do it within 30 days of purchase). We provide a full refund and free return shipping option, and we don’t even charge a restocking fee! All you have to do is send us an email to let us know you want to return the item. We will send a return label by email, which you need to print and stick on the box, and then ship it right back to us.
Things to keep in mind when returning / exchanging the item:
1. You must use the shipping label (with insurance) that we send, so that the item can have a safe ride back and we can accurately track and process them. If you do not use the label, we will not accept the item and cannot give you your refund.
2. Please put the item back in its original packaging.
3. Do ensure that the gorgeous jewelry piece is unaltered, undamaged and in a new condition. If the item has been resized, altered, damaged, or used, we will not be able to offer you that refund or exchange.
4. Since some of our items are certified, please send back any documents that you may have received along with the earrings, such as the original EGL USA/ GIA grading reports, Appraisal certificates and Certificate of Authenticity. If this is not returned along with the item purchased, then we have no choice but to charge you $150 to get replacement certificates.
5. If you have received any free gifts along with the item, we’re really sorry but you need to send those back too!
6. We do not refund any expedited shipping costs.
7. All special orders, including any special engraving or inscription done at the customer's request will be non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
8. International returns and exchanges are not included in our free return and exchange policy. In that case, call us up and we will guide you with what to do.
9. Refunds will be processed to the same mode of payment or credit card used upon purchase.
10. An exchange will only be processed once we receive the original item purchased.
All these instructions are important to note for the item to be accepted back. Please do follow the procedure for a hassle-free return / exchange process!
Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. We process the refund in 1 business day (after clearing a thorough inspection), though it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank statement. Don’t panic, we are as fast as we can get! For an exchange of your item, we will process your new item as soon as we get the original one. If there is a difference in amount, we will need to charge you before we can process the exchange order.
