Free Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-Day hassle free return policy and stand behind every fine jewelry item we sell. With a goal of 100% satisfied customers, you may return any new jewelry item in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

We provide free US returns shipping label and don’t charge a restocking fee! Contact us and we will provide a return label by email within 1 to 2 business days. It is necessary to print and adhere the label on the outside of a shipping box. Then drop off the package at your nearest appropriate shipping center. (UPS or Fed Ex as listed on the label)

Things to keep in mind when processing a return / exchange:

1. You must use the provided shipping label (fully insured), so that the fine jewelry has a safe return and can accurately be tracked for quick processing. Returns or exchanges sent without the provided shipping label will not be accepted.

2. Ensure that the item is new, undamaged condition. If the jewelry item has been resized, altered, damaged, or in used condition, a full refund or even exchange may not be available.

3. Please include all original packaging and contents. Include any documents that you may have received along with the order, such as the original EGL USA / GIA grading reports, appraisal certificates and certificate of authenticity. If all applicable items are not included in the return package, a $150 replacement certificate fee is reduced from the return / exchange amount.

4. If you have received any free gift(s) along with your order, please include the free gift(s) with the return for a full refund. If you would like to keep the free gift(s) but not the purchased item, you may be charged the retail value of the free gift(s).

5. Once we receive the return, typically within 2 business days of the return date, we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business day(s) after receipt and verification of the return. Please note it may take 2 - 7 business days for the refund to appear in your financial institution based on their processing times (estimates exclude weekends and holidays)

Exceptions & Exclusions

*All special orders, custom orders, watches, layaway orders, including any special engraving or requested inscriptions are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.

*Associated shipping charges are non-refundable.

*International returns are not included in our free return policy. Associated shipping charges are assessed and are non-refundable.

*Refunds will be processed to the same payment method or credit card used upon purchase.

*Layaway orders are excluded from the standard return policy and qualify for free exchanges only.

*Limited to 3 free returns or exchanges annually.

EXCHANGES

An exchange order will be processed once we receive the returned item(s) in our offices.

If there is a difference in the amount, we will need to contact you and charge any difference before we can process the exchange order.
